PROINSPECT | STAR-WHEEL: inline inspection of closures on a star-wheel

 

The PROINSPECT|STAR-WHEEL station is designed for inline inspection of closures on a star wheel.

 

Designed to optimize the image analysis cycle, PROINSPECT|STAR-WHEEL can inspect up to 150,000 pieces/hour.

 

A reliable and compact solution that enables inspection of all sides of the closure.
Designed with a rotary feed system and able to integrate with a box-shifter system at the output end, PROINSPECT|STAR-WHEEL can be used with seals of up to 100 mm external diameter.
