The machine featured at the event is an inspection system for water bottle caps; we are among the market leaders in this specific segment. 
It is a dual conveyor model equipped with a Star wheel system for automatic separation of caps before inspection. Over recent years and months we have redesigned this solution to optimally handle evolving cap designs, especially rapid changes in water cap formats. This dual conveyor allows comprehensive 360° inspection of each cap: they pass under cameras positioned both above and below, which is essential given the complexity of modern water cap and closure designs. The handling takes place through vacuum conveyor belts, ensuring speed, precision, and stability in the positioning of the pieces.

This configuration enables multi format handling of caps, with a fast and flexible conversion kit.
